At Nyomex Mall, we value your trust. We collect information to serve you better.
What We Collect: * Contact information (Name, Phone Number, Delivery Address).
Order history and preferences.
Device/IP data to improve your browsing experience.
How We Use It: To process orders, deliver your goods, and send you important updates about your Nyomex orders (via WhatsApp or SMS).
Device Permission: Our App request access to your Camera and Photo Gallery solely to allow Vendor to take and upload product photos and for users to set profile pictures.
Data Sharing: We never sell your data. We only share your information with trusted partners (like our logistics riders) who need it to fulfill your order.
Safety & Security: We use secure payment gateways for all transactions. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Your Rights: You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold on you or to ask us to delete your account and information at any time.
The Nyomex Rewards Program (Nyo-Coin)
The Nyomex Rewards Program (Nyo-Coin)
1. Nature of Nyo-Coin
Nyo-Coin is a proprietary Loyalty Reward Point system exclusive to Nyomex Mall. It is not a cryptocurrency, digital asset, or legal tender. It represents a discount value or store credit provided by Nyomex Mall to its users and holds no independent value outside the platform.
Fixed Value: For the purpose of redemption within the Mall, 1 Nyo-Coin = ₦10.00 (Ten Nigerian Naira).
2. Acquisition & Non-Transferability
Nyo-Coins cannot be purchased with cash, traded between users, or sold on any external exchange. They are earned strictly through:
Successful product referrals via verified Ambassador links.
Direct platform rewards for shopping or promotional activities.
Nyomex Mall reserves the right to audit and revoke points obtained through fraudulent activity.
3. Redemption Limits for Shoppers
To maintain a balanced marketplace economy, a Maximum Redemption Limit is applied per transaction:
Standard Limit: Customers may apply a maximum of 100 Nyo-Coins (₦1,000 value) or 50 Nyo-Coins (₦500 value) toward a single purchase, depending on the specific product category or promotion.
Nyo-Coins cannot be used to cover 100% of a transaction total unless explicitly stated during a promotional event.
4. Ambassador Cash-Out Protocol (The "Partner Exchange")
While Nyo-Coins are generally non-refundable for standard customers, Verified Nyomex Ambassadors (Referrers) are granted a special privilege to exchange their earned commission points for cash under the following conditions:
The Weekend Exchange: Cash-out requests are processed exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays.
The Holding Period: Points must be held in the user's Nyomex Wallet for a minimum of [4] days to ensure the referred sale is finalized and not returned.
Processing: Funds will be transferred to the Ambassador’s registered Nigerian bank account within 24–48 hours of a successful weekend request.
Nyomex Mall reserves the right to adjust the Nyo-Coin conversion rate or redemption limits at any time with 7 days' notice to all users.
