1. Delivery Within Warri
Flat Rate: Enjoy complimentary doorstep delivery for all orders within Warri (Effurun, Enerhen, Udu, and main city centers).
Speed: Orders placed before 5 PM are dispatched for delivery the next business day.
Reliability: You will receive an SMS/WhatsApp notification as soon as your order is out for delivery, so you know exactly when to expect your rider.
2. Nationwide Shipping
Rates: Shipping fees for locations outside Warri are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Timeline: We process all orders within 24 hours. Nationwide delivery is typically completed within 3–5 business days.
3. Operating Hours
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Sundays & Public Holidays: We are closed. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.
4. Our "Reliability Promise"
We hate delays as much as you do. In the rare event of a high-volume period that impacts our delivery speed, we will notify you immediately via phone or WhatsApp, offering you the option to keep your order or receive a full refund.
Quality Check: Every item is inspected and verified by our team before it is handed over to our riders for delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy

At Nyomex Mall, your satisfaction is our priority. We source carefully, but if something isn't perfect, we are here to make it right.
1. Our 7-Day Guarantee
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, the item must:
Be in the same condition as received (unused and in original packaging).
Have all tags, labels, or manuals intact.
Be accompanied by your order number (or receipt).
Note: Perishable food items (like fresh produce) should be inspected upon delivery. Any issues must be reported to the rider or our support line within 24 hours.
3. How to Start a Return

Nyomex Store Credit (with an extra bonus added for the inconvenience).
4. Exceptions
Items on "Clearance Sale" are marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for returns.
Hygiene products (e.g., opened skincare or personal care items) cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
